Velveeta Salsa Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 jar picante sauce or salsa
    2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro, optional
Preparation
    Microwave cheese and picante sauce in 1 1/2 quart micro- waveable bowl on high 5 minutes or until cheese is melted, stirring after 3 minutes.
    Stir in cilantro.
    Serve hot with tortilla chips. Makes 3 cups.
