Fish Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. fish, cooked and deboned
    6 slices bacon, diced
    2 large onions, diced
    2 large (No. 303) cans tomatoes
    3 large potatoes, diced
    1/2 bottle catsup
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. sherry wine
    Tabasco (optional)
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Cook diced bacon and onion until sauteed.
    Add tomatoes and potatoes; cook 15 minutes.
    Add other ingredients; simmer until done.
    Fish stock can be used for water.
    Serve.
