Impossible Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. softened butter

Preparation

Butter a 9-inch pie pan. Blend all items and pour into pan. Bake at 400\u00b0 until custard sets, about 25 minutes.
