Barbecue Tuna(Diet) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can tuna
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1 tsp. onion flakes
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. tomato juice
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Combine and simmer about 45 minutes until celery is tender. Good with French-style green beans or bean sprouts.
