Perfect Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cubed, cooked potatoes
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. chopped sweet pickle
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 hard-boiled eggs
Preparation
    Sprinkle potatoes with vinegar and sugar.
    Add onion, pickle, seasonings and mayonnaise.
    Toss to blend carefully.
    Fold in egg slices.
    Chill.
    Makes 4 servings.
