Stuffed Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 acorn squash
    1 c. white sauce (made with milk)
    thyme
    basil
    1 small clove garlic
    1 Tbsp. minced onion (or more)
    Tabasco
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard to taste
    ham, diced
Preparation
    Cook halved squash in pan with 1/2-inch water in bottom at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Make up white sauce.
    Season with thyme and basil to taste.
    Add garlic, onion, dash of Tabasco and mustard.
    Stir sauce to combine, then add ham.
    Spoon creamed ham into squash halves.
    Return to oven until heated through.
    Serves 3 to 4.
