Baked Squash Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked squash
    1 tsp. sugar
    3/4 c. cracker crumbs
    2 tsp. chopped onion
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. flour
    4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients together except butter.
    Mix well. Pour into a greased Pyrex dish and dot with the butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until set (approximately 20 minutes).
    Serve immediately.
