Karen'S Apple Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 apples, peeled and cored
2 tsp. cinnamon
5 Tbsp. sugar
3 c. sifted flour
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
4 eggs
1 c. oil
1/2 c. orange juice
Preparation

Mix apples with cinnamon and sugar; let stand.
Sift dry ingredients and then beat in eggs, oil and juice.
Place half mixture in greased and floured Bundt pan.
Add apples in middle. Add rest of cake mix.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
