Oven Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. washed and scrubbed new or all-purpose potatoes, quartered
1 envelope onion soup mix
1/3 c. oil

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together in a plastic bag. Toss until coated. Spread on sprayed cookie sheet. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes, stirring often, until done.
