Buttered Carrots And Celery - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 medium carrots, cut into julienne strips
4 stalks celery, cut into julienne strips
1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
-
Combine first 7 ingredients in a 2-quart baking dish.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Drain.
Add 2 tablespoons butter. Coat well.
Yields 6 to 8 servings.
