Jerky(Beef Or Venison) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1/3 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. onion powder
    2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1 tsp. m.s.g.
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/3 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together.
    Marinate 1 1/2 pounds meat, cut in strips and fat trimmed away.
    (Marinate overnight.)
    Dry on racks in oven at 140\u00b0, about 12 hours.
    Keep oven door open slightly.
