Aunt Estelle'S Chicken Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small young chicken (a fryer will do)
    1 c. cooled chicken broth
    2 c. self-rising flour
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Boil chicken in 3 quarts water, with salt and pepper to taste, until well done.
    Cool and remove skin.
    Take meat off bones and put back in broth.
