Summer Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 1/2 c. elbow macaroni, cooked, drained and cooled
1 1/2 c. Colby cheese
1 c. celery, sliced
6 Tbsp. onion, chopped
6 Tbsp. low-fat mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. pepper
pickle slices
pimientos
Preparation
-
Mix together cooked macaroni, cheese, celery and onion. Combine and stir macaroni mixture, mayonnaise, vinegar and pepper together.
Chill.
Serve, garnished with pickle slices and pimientos.
