Wacky Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
2 c. cold water
6 Tbsp. cocoa
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda

Preparation

Mix large container of Cool Whip and 1 box instant vanilla pudding together for cake topping.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
