Chicken Teriyaki - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut into serving pieces
8 oz. can pineapple chunks in juice
1 clove garlic; chopped fine
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation

Arrange chicken in a 12 x 8-inch baking dish with the meatier portions along the edge.
Combine remaining ingredients, stir well, and pour over the chicken.
Cover with wax paper and place in the microwave.
Cook on High for 12 minutes, and then on Medium-low for 8 to 10 minutes.
Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes before serving.
