Three Pepper Catsup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 c. sliced green onion
    3 canned pickled jalapenos, minced
    1/4 tsp. dried thyme
    3/4 c. canned tomatoes
    1/2 c. onion, minced
    1/2 c. minced red bell pepper
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 1/2 c. catsup
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet. Add onion, pepper, jalapenos, garlic and thyme. Cover and cook until vegetables are tender (about 10 minutes).
    Mix in catsup, tomatoes and pepper.
    Cover and simmer until thick (about 5 minutes). Cover and chill.
    Makes about 2 3/4 cups.
    Keeps 2 weeks in refrigerator.
    Excellent on hamburgers and hot dogs.
