Sausage Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk pork sausage
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped pimiento
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1-1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. rice, uncooked
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain.
    Add celery, onion and green pepper; cook until tender, not brown.
    Stir in pimiento, soup, milk, rice and seasonings.
    Pour into an ungreased casserole.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes, stirring occasionally with a fork. For topping, combine bread crumbs and melted butter; sprinkle evenly over the top and bake uncovered 20 more minutes.
