Apple Pecan Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced apples
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. cooking oil
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Mix apples and pecans with 1 cup of flour and set aside.
    Mix flour, sugar, oil, vanilla and eggs together.
    Combine dough mixture with fruit.
    Pour into tube cake pan and bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
