Favorite Meat Loaf(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, divided
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. mustard
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 medium onion, minced
    1/4 c. cracker crumbs
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In small bowl, combine tomato sauce, brown sugar and mustard; set aside.
    In large bowl, combine eggs, onion, crackers, ground beef, salt and pepper.
    Add 1/2 cup tomato sauce mixture; stir thoroughly.
    Place meat mixture in glass ring mold or 2-quart microproof round casserole.
    Put a microproof glass in center of meat mixture, bottom side up.
    Pour remaining tomato sauce over top of meat.
    Cook, uncovered, on High (maximum power) for 12 to 14 minutes.
    Let stand, covered, 5 to 10 minutes before serving. Makes 6 servings.
