Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    1 1/4 c. granulated sugar
    2 c. whipping cream
    1 qt. half and half
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vanilla flavor
Preparation
    Beat eggs until fluffy.
    Add sugar gradually.
    Beat until mixture thickens.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Add favorite fruit, if desired.
    Put into ice cream maker and churn until mixture hardens.
