Napoleans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frozen ready puff pastry sheet
    8 oz. soft cream cheese
    1/4 c. powdered sugar
    1/4 tsp. almond extract
    1 c. whipping cream, whipped
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1 oz. Baker's semi-sweet chocolate, melted
Preparation
    Thaw pastry per directions.
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    On floured surface, roll to 15 x 12-inches; cut lengthwise in thirds.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Prick with fork.
    Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
    Stir together cheese, 1/4 cup sugar and extract.
    Fold in whipped cream.
    Spread 2 pastry sheets with cheese.
    Stack. Top with remaining pastry.
    Stir 1/2 cup sugar and milk in small bowl until smooth.
    Spread over top.
    Drizzle with chocolate. Chill.
