Mint Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. fresh mint, chopped very fine
3 Tbsp. boiling water
2 Tbsp. sugar
4 Tbsp. white wine or white wine vinegar
Preparation

Place the mint in a pitcher or gravy boat and pour the boiling water over it.
Wait 20 minutes so that the mint has time to infuse the water.
Add sugar and wine or vinegar.
Stir well and serve.
