Stuffed Flounder Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 flounder or sole fillets
    2/3 c. finely chopped celery
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 lb. shrimp, cooked and chopped
    1/2 c. crab meat
    1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    bread crumbs, buttered
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Wash fillets; drain well on paper towels.
    Saute celery and onion in butter.
    Add shrimp, crab meat, bread crumbs, parsley and egg; mix.
    Spread on fish fillets.
    Roll up; place in lightly greased baking dish.
    Pour white wine sauce over fillets.
    Top with bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and additional chopped parsley. Refrigerate overnight at this point, if desired.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6.
