Bourbon Hot Dogs - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. bourbon
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. catsup
3 Tbsp. minced onion
1/4 c. chopped green peppers
2 lb. wieners, cut in bite-size

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and cook on low heat for 1 hour. Can be made ahead.
