Pizza Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 1/4 c. warm water
    3 1/2 to 4 c. unbleached flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Sprinkle yeast on warm water; stir to dissolve.
    Add 2 cups flour and the salt.
    Beat thoroughly.
    Stir in remaining flour. Turn onto lightly floured board and knead until smooth.
    Place in lightly greased bowl; turn dough over to grease top.
    Cover and let rise in warm place until doubled, about 30 minutes.
    Turn onto board and knead enough to force out bubbles.
    Divide in half. Roll each half out and stretch to fit an oiled 12-inch pizza pan. Top with favorite toppings and bake at 425\u00b0.
    This recipe doubles and triples nicely to feed bigger crowds.
