Breakfast Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
    6 slices bread, trim crusts and cut into bite size pieces
    6 eggs, well beaten
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. or more Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 qt. baking dish
Preparation
    In greased casserole, layer bread pieces in large casserole dish.
    Add the sausage and cheese; add milk, mustard and salt and pour over top.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 8.
