Microwave Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    4 qt. popped popcorn
Preparation
    In a 2-quart microwavable dish, melt margarine.
    Add brown sugar, salt and corn syrup.
    Bring to a boil in microwave and boil on full power for 2 minutes.
    Remove from microwave and stir in soda.
    Stir well.
    Spray paper grocery bag with cooking spray. Pour in popcorn and pour syrup over popcorn.
    Close bag and shake. Microwave in bag on High for 1 1/2 minutes.
    Shake again and microwave for another 1 1/2 minutes; cool.
    Stir while cooling in large bowl.
    Serves many.
