Beef Brisket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 to 3 lb. beef brisket
garlic salt to taste
onion salt to taste
celery salt to taste
Worcestershire sauce to taste
Preparation

Put beef in 9 x 9-inch pan, fat side down.
Add seasonings to taste, cover with foil.
Bake at 275\u00b0 to 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Test; cook longer if needed.
