Sopa De Piscado(Fish Soup) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 pieces fish, cubed or flaked (any kind; shark and catfish seem to cook up strong)
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 medium onion, minced
    2 large cloves garlic, minced
    1 or 2 sticks celery, chopped
    1 small bunch cilantro or to taste
    salt and pepper
    red pepper to taste
    1 minced green chile (optional)
Preparation
    Heat oil and saute onion, garlic, celery, cilantro and green chile.
    When vegetables are clear, add fish and stir-fry with vegetables.
    Add 1/2 glass of water or enough to make soupy. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
    This soup is quick and hearty but very spicy.
