Blender Coconut Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    4 eggs
    1/3 c. oleo
    1/2 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    In
    a blender, combine all ingredients (except coconut) and blend
    for\t3 minutes.
    Spray a large pie plate with Pam. Pour mixture into plate and allow to set.
    Sprinkle coconut on top. Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    Do not preheat oven.
