Zucchini With Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 medium zucchini (1/4 inch thick)
1 large onion, sliced 1/4 inch thick
4 slices American cheese
1 c. tomato sauce
salt and pepper to taste
garlic salt to taste
6 to 8 pieces bacon (1 inch thick)
Preparation

Cut bacon and fry until brown.
Add sliced zucchini and onion. Add enough water to cover zucchini.
Add tomato sauce and cook until zucchini is tender.
Just before serving, lay cheese over vegetables and cover until melted and serve.
