Potato Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large potatoes
    1 lb. American cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    5 slices cooked, crumbled bacon
Preparation
    Peel, dice and cook potatoes for 8 minutes.
    Cut cheese into small chunks.
    Mix together all ingredients and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
