Tomato And Green Pepper Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large tomatoes, coarsely chopped
    3 medium green peppers, coarsely chopped
    1 medium cucumber, seeded and coarsely chopped
    1/4 c. snipped parsley
    3 Tbsp. olive oil or vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in glass or plastic bowl.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
