Pork Chop Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 pork chops
    2 bell peppers, cut in rings
    2 cans mushroom soup
    2 medium tomatoes
    1 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Brown chops and place in baking dish.
    Top with chop with a slice of tomato and ring of bell pepper.
    Fill pepper ring with rice.
    Mix mushroom soup with 2 to 2 1/2 cans of water; pour over chops.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
