Peppered Rib-Eye Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 beef rib-eye steaks, cut 1 1/2 inches thick (approximately 16 oz. each)
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    2 tsp. thyme
    2 tsp. oregano
    1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. lemon pepper
    1 tsp. red pepper
    orange slices
    parsley sprigs
Preparation
    Brush steaks lightly with oil.
    Combine garlic powder, paprika, thyme, oregano, salt, black, lemon and red pepper; sprinkle over and press into both sides of steaks.
    Place in glass baking dish; cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
    Place steaks on grill over medium-low coals.
    Cover.
    Grill 16 to 20 minutes for rare to medium rare, turning halfway through cooking time.
    Transfer steaks to warm serving platter and garnish with orange slices and parsley sprigs.
    Serve with spinach salad and Italian bread.
