Deviled Ham Twists - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans (4 1/2 oz. each) deviled ham
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    6 salted soda crackers, crushed
    3 Tbsp. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. minced pimiento-stuffed olives
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    2 3/4 c. biscuit mix
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Slice a zucchini longways.
    Prepare an egg wash:
    egg, 1 tablespoon flour, salt and pepper.
    Dip zucchini in egg wash and fry both sides in a pan of oil.
    Roll up like a jelly roll and put toothpick in.
    Make a marinade of lemon juice and oil. Drizzle this marinade over the roll-ups.
