Pumpkin Seeds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. pumpkin seeds, unwashed
    1 1/2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Separate the fiber from unwashed pumpkin seeds. Add to 2 cups pumpkin seeds the butter and salt. Spread in a shallow pan. Bake in very slow oven at 250\u00b0
    until crisp and brown.
    Stir often.
