Peach Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained or 1 1/2 to 2 c. fresh peaches, sweetened
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. almond extract
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Chop peaches; drain and set aside.
    Combine flour, salt, soda and sugar in mixing bowl.
    Make a well in the center of dry ingredients.
    Add eggs and oil; stir until dry ingredients are well moistened.
    Add peaches and remaining ingredients.
    Stir until blended.
    Spoon batter evenly into greased or paper lined muffin pans, filling 2/3 full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Makes one dozen.
