Scallops De Jonghe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh scallops, cooked
    3/4 c. toasted dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. chopped green onions and tops
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    3/4 tsp. crushed tarragon
    1/4 tsp. crushed garlic
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1/4 c. sherry
Preparation
    Combine crumbs, onions, parsley and seasonings.
    Add butter and sherry; mix thoroughly.
    Combine crumb mixture and scallops; toss lightly.
    Place in well-greased, shallow, 1-quart casserole. Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes, until lightly browned. Makes 6 servings.
