Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. pot roast
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 whole cloves
    1 sliced onion
    2 c. wine or water
    1 bouillon cube
    2 1/2 c. cubed carrots
    3 or 4 large potatoes, cubed
Preparation
    Brown the roast and put into a large cooking pot with lid. Add nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves, onion, wine and bouillon.
    Cook 1 hour at 350\u00b0, then add carrots and potatoes.
    Cook 5 hours at 250\u00b0.
