Crawfish Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. ground crawfish tails
    5 onions
    3 cloves garlic
    4 stalks celery
    1 bell pepper
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    fish fry or flour
    salt
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Grind all vegetables with crawfish tails in food processor. Add eggs, salt and pepper to taste.
    Add bread crumbs and mix well. Form into patties, then drench in flour (I prefer flour) or fish fry.
    Deep fry until brown.
    Serves about 10.
