Corn Dogs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 c. self-rising meal
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1 lb. hot dogs
Preparation
    Mix flour, meal, sugar, mustard and onion together.
    Combine egg and milk; mix with dry ingredients.
    Roll hot dogs in the dough mixture; fry in deep fat until golden brown.
