Downtown Fudge Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
3 sq. baking chocolate
4 eggs
3 Tbsp. white corn syrup
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Over low heat, melt butter and chocolate.
Set aside.
Beat eggs until light. To eggs, add syrup, sugar, salt and vanilla. Now add slightly cooled chocolate mixture.
Mix and pour into pie shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Don't overbake!
Pie should shake like custard, so it won't be stiff when cooled. Delicious served warm with vanilla ice cream.
Tastes like a hot fudge sundae.
