Calypso Beef Salad(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. cooked beef strips
    1/3 c. plain yogurt
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    10 oz. asparagus, cooked and chilled
    2 medium oranges, peeled
    1 small red onion, sliced
    1/4 c. almonds, toasted and sliced
    lettuce leaves
Preparation
    Combine the yogurt, mayonnaise and ginger.
    Cover and refrigerate. Cut the asparagus into 1-inch strips.
    Cut the oranges into 1/2-inch slices and then into quarters.
    Separate the onion slices into rings and combine with asparagus.
