Norwegian Fish Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. raw ling cod or halibut
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    2 eggs
    3 to 4 c. milk
    1/2 cube butter
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Grind fish several times and add a little milk slowly.
    Add beaten eggs.
    Beat until light and smooth, then add salt, nutmeg and cornstarch.
    Work good together.
    Make into small balls, either fry in butter or boil in water.
