Best Ever Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Sift flour and sugar into mixing bowl. Cut shortening into flour mixture.
    Blend in milk, roll dough 1/4-inch thick on floured surface.
    Cut into biscuits.
    Place on baking sheet. Brush top with melted butter.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
