Texas Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. boneless chuck roast
    1 medium size onion
    1 c. catsup
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Sprinkle roast with salt, pepper, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce.
    Roast, covered, 4 hours at 275\u00b0.
    Cool and pull apart.
    Combine 1 medium onion (chopped with the meat). Bring last 8 ingredients to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes. Pour over meat and onion mixture.
    Serve on warm buttered hamburger buns.
