Stuffed Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tomato per person
    bread crumbs (fresh)
    mayonnaise
    grated cheese
    green pepper, onion and celery, chopped (optional)
    salt and pepper
    chopped garlic
Preparation
    Hollow out tomatoes.
    Turn upside down for a few minutes to drain.
    Chop tomato pulp.
    Add other ingredients to make a thick filling.
    Fill tomatoes and top with cheese.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
