Baby Carrots With Horseradish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. baby carrots
    2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. onion, minced
    2 Tbsp. horseradish
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 c. cracker crumbs
    2 Tbsp. butter
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook carrots in 2 cups water, or steam them over 2 cups water. Use 1/4 cup of the cooking water (drain the rest) and mix with onion, horseradish, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
    Arrange carrots in an ovenproof serving dish.
    Top with horseradish sauce, cracker crumbs and dot of butter.
    Sprinkle on paprika.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
