Ingredients

1 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/4 c. drippings from roast
Preparation

Mix flour and salt.
Combine milk and eggs and add to flour. Beat well.
Pour into hot drippings in pan, all at once.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
While roast is cooking, chill mixture in refrigerator.
